50cl bottle. Golden color with a white head, nice lacing. Biscuit and fruit in aroma, crisp as well. Flavor is malty, very citric hoppy, quite bitter. Finish is bitter hops. Enjoyable, fresh ale. Thumbs up!

Bottle from Vaaland Spesialbutikken, Bryne. Light orange body, medium off-white head. Nose is extremely bland, with only a few tiny caramel hints and not much else. Taste is even more disappointing: wishy-washy caramel ESB bland bullshit. Jesus, how boring can you get. Watery palate. Kinda "blah".

Pours not quite bright, a misty medium orange amber. A fairly firm off-white pad forms atop, a good half inch thick, holds for the length and laces well, points! Aroma of heather, rose petals, sulphurous leavened dough and orange peel, very subtle. More alive in the mouth, it is weedy, raspy and sharply bitter, the hops, all resinous, piney and grassy dominate a lax effort of crystal malt flavours. Little sweetness to hold. Lingering hops in the swallow with a very long, drawn woodiness to it like sucking on matchsticks. Creamy, foamy mouthfeel, medium-light in body. A little too harshly hopped to be sessionable, really didnít come together for balance. Unimpressed, but to be fair a re-rate might be needed........, far, far down the track!!! Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops and fruits.

Bottle. Almost clear gold, white head. Low bead. Aroma of dusty pears, light caramel, flowers. Taste has biscuity malt thatís not very sweet at all, pears and mandarins. Quite dry and bitter. Pretty good.

Bottle at frk. Hubert Esbjerg. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Cereal notes. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Watery palate. Not very good.

Bottle. Sweet orange, berry, caramel malt, and fresh hay hops aroma. Clear amber color with moderate head. Sweet caramel malt and moderately bitter herbal hops flavor. Good but not exceptional.

Bottle: Golden, hazy, fluffy and lacy white head, fruity and hoppy nose with a light touch of brown bread; quite robust dry bitter flavour, solid bodied for a beer of 3.8%; lingering dryish hoppy-malty finish, quite soft. Very good for a "light" beer.....

500ml bottle from Drink of Fulham, drunk 11th July 2010, while watching the World Cup final. Clear coppery amber with a small white head. Has a lovely aroma of biscuit malt and peppery hops. Taste has that biscuit malt perfectly married to citrus notes of tangerine and lemon. Lots of peppery dryness. Fantastic palate - light carbonation and delicate weight. One of the best <4% beers Iíve had. I picked this up because it had been voted Champion Beer of Scotland and you can see why. Iíll be stocking up on this.
