"A mid gravity beer which has a generous hoppy nose and a flowery hop flavour with a smooth malty finish."

Pours a shinny copper with golden hues and a creamy white head. Aroma is faint fruits and not much else. Flavor is nutty bittersweetness with some very slight woody and vanilla notes, with a short but gentle fruity/ bitter aftertaste. Medium to light palate, a touch watery but sessionable and just enough flavor to keep it interesting.

500ml bottle from Asda. Iron aromas. Surprisingly fruity taste, with lingering bitterness. Quite a tasty liquid. Would go well with crisps or nuts.

djoeye (3640) - Tromsø, NORWAY - NOV 2, 2014
Red-brown or copper body, off white almost tan head, much fine lacing down the mug. Aroma; mild caramel malts, mild hops, crowberries, notes of dough. Taste; some hops, brown bread, slightly roasted dark malts, dry apple peels. More hops towards the finish, and dark bread with dark malts and fruit peel. Normal on palate, some dry fields, soft carbonation. Overall not bad. [50cl brown bottle, abv4.0%, BB May.2015, B@K skanssi Turku]

Light scent of berries. Bitter and metal with light sweetness in the taste. Weak bitterness that remains far below the upper lip. Not really my beer. The beer feels empty most of the flavor. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Poured into Sam Adams Boston Lager tulip glass with a copper-red hue and pillowy, soft tan head. Notes of vanilla, nuts (butter pecan?), fruit forward hops and toasted malts. Bready, pie crust essence. Flavor is decent: spicy, bitter hops Co-mingle with cracker malts to create a typical but above average "ruby" ale. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel. A tinge metallic, but its not off-putting. nice balance, lacks that next-level depth but a good beer overall.
