I imagine this was pretty good, but my bottle is highly oxidized. Nose of faint cherry, biscuit, flavor of rich biscuit, caramel. This seemed to be bottle conditioned.coffee,

Red/amber in colour with a light beige wee head. Noses of biscuits and floral/fruity. Rather slick and a bit velvety on the palate with bitter notes. Medium soft body. Finish is medium and a bit dry.

A good Red Scottish Ale. Easy to drink. Fairly hoppy on the nose; a bit fruity on the taste; overall a good beer and quite enjoyable.

Color from mahogany brown to ruby red, clear, light brown frothy head is long, ok lacing. Nice hoppy aroma has pine and citrus, bit caramel malt also, inviting. Light body, good bitterness, flavor on the dry side, crispy fresh feel, long bitter finish. Bit light but flavors and aroma work.

Bottle. Clearn amber, nice white head. Its aroma has a very unique cherry fruit and floral character. Well balanced flavor of soft earthy and biscuit malts. Very fresh soft creamy feel. Really different comforting and refreshing.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Huge hoppy nose with some malty citrus in the back. Quite dry from start to end but very smoothy with a light body. Nice one, drinkable but beside the huge hops you will find nothing else which comes really big in the aroma. In the end ? Quality which could be even better with the right decisions made.

Clear deep amber colour with creamy steady head and medium to smooth body. Nose of spicy hops. Taste of bitter hops, straw, warm grass, leaves, spruce and young roses. Easy to drink despite its huge bitterness. Enjoyed it a lot.
