Bottle at The Flying Scotsman, Gothenburg. I think this one had an abv of 4% and the bottle looked different. Red/brown color with a beige head. Aroma: Floral hops, toasted malt, caramel, honey, berries and some smokiness. Flavor: Toasted malt, floral hop bitterness, almonds, toffee, berries and citrus.

Bottle 50cl.
Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, roasted, smoke notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (180508)

Not to much carb... nice dark color. Slightly watery vanilla malty flavor with. the is a a very weak woody lingering taste too. The weak carb stays on your tongue a little while along with the flavor. Good stuff.

Beautiful dark brown pour with a touch of red. Nice solid tan head and good lacing. Solid malt flavor with a touch of sour bitterness in the back of the throat.

Amber with a lasting off-white head. Fruity and caramel aroma. Dry and grainy flavour with a little caramel. Pretty ordinary.

A brown amber body with a big tan soapy head that resembles moon craters. Sweet caramel malt aroma. A nice bit of hop nicely balances the malt. It has notes of biscuit and molasses. Bitterness is moderate. One of those beers that makes one long for a Scottish pub.
