COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Organic Single Malt Ale Orlando Brewery celebrates the 75" anniversary of prohibition’s repeal (April 7,2008) with this very unique and flavorful organic ale. Over 2000 pounds of single organic malt plus over 22 pounds of select blended hops make each bottle truly one of a kind: the world’s first organic "single malt ale".

Dark brown pour, very light brown head. Sticky malts up front in the nose, some brown sugar, golden raisins. Flavor is sweet up front, toffee, dried fruit, and finishes with a flavor of hops without big bitterness.

Tallahassee, Fl - at drowland’s 7/7/12 going away tasting party - thanks to Robert. Dark brown pour, soft off-white head. Aroma is sweet with some brown sugar accents, a hint of chocolate. Flavor has more of that chocolate essence, some dates and raisins thrown in there for good measure. Thick, sticky mouthfeel. Best I have had from Orlando Brewing.

7/7/12. Shared at my going away tasting by Robert! Labeled as 2008. Sweet brown sugar aroma and light brown sugar flavor. Some aspects of dark fruits as well. Could be better...

Slight fruit aroma can be had through the smell of malt. It pours out the bottle of a very dark brown with no head. Taste of big malt with a follow of a large sugary sweet. Med body with a soft oily texture. Overall good barlywine with a good kick of 18.5%.
