An orange amber IPA with a thin lacing light moka head. In aroma, another nice pinhey hops overlayed with orange pulp, caramel, quite nice. In mouth, a smooth IPA with crisp dryish malt, gin alcohol, resinous hops, not bad. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 7 2011,

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
aroma is of nutty malt as well as hops which display little more then general bitterness and little in the way of esters. flavor is more nuttiness to near dopplebock levels. bitterness is strong and bracing and largely without esters. excellent lacing and filmy head. nearly sunny appearance defies its depth. as the beer warms and opens some peach finally comes to the table. by far the best beer from this brewer.
