Pours a pale golden yellow on tap with little white head, but good lacing. Aroma is of light grainy notes and a bit of yeast. Taste is light, german notes, but very grainy, almost like bread. Dry finish with light mouth feel.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 bhensonb (9096) - Woodland, California, USA - FEB 14, 2012
Bottle from Liz. Pours pale gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is moderately bready and somewhat grassy. Med body. Flavor is bready with a little grassy hop. It’s not coming across as crisp and clean as Urquell, but it’s drinkable. Probably good for washing down food.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 changeup45 (1576) - Mount Dora, Florida, USA - MAY 18, 2011
Biscuity and saazy in the aroma with hay and grainy notes. The pour is a golden color with just a huge fluffy white head. It took some effort to settle this one down. Thick lacing throughout. This is fairly dry, crisp, and bitter. A bit more hoppy and bitter than I thought it would be. A lemon citrusy taste mixes with wheat, grains, and grass. There’s a buttery note in here that’s the only thing I didn’t particularly care for but fortunately it’s masked by the bitterness. This beer is actually pretty good. Much better than I expected.

Orlando, Fl - Whole Foods - 12 oz bottle. Pours a medium golden with a crisp snow white head. Aroma has a hint of butterscotch - slightly phenolic. Flavor has some bready notes, some cereal like grainy notes and a hint of butterscotch. Mouthfeel is crisp and thick enough.

Bottle. Straw gold colour, nice carbo, foamy lacy white head. Crisp cereal grains and leafy hop flavours expected of a true pilsener, finishes clean and bitter, like a northern German pils. Really well done actually, and of the seven OBC brews I tried, this was the best.
1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 SanfordBrewer (1350) - Sanford, Florida, USA - NOV 19, 2010
Lucent straw, white head, light body, medium co2.
Aroma and taste: sweet pale malt, leafy hops, something funky (pidgeon roost).
Tasting with the owners, and that OBC standard weird flavor doen’t seem to bother them.
