Orlando Brewingís first lager is a big hit! European Pilz is a light-bodied yet flavorful beer created in the traditional pilsener style. Like all our beers, it is hand-crafted by brewmaster Ed Canty right here on the premises. Have a pint! Itís the best way to cool down as we enter the dog days of summer

Draft @ the brewery. Pours clear golden color with white head. Cereal malt aroma with some grassy hops. Light, crisp pils flavor with grassy hops. Thin body with average carbonation.

this tastes like a straight up European pils with a touch of hay and sharp malts. quite balanced on the hops

Draft at the brewery. Dark gold pour with a thin white head. Light hop velvety malt aroma. A good malty taste, solid body with a lot of hops for a pilsener. Leaves a slight bitter finish. One of the better offerings from the brewery.

Pours a pale golden yellow on tap with little white head, but good lacing. Aroma is of light grainy notes and a bit of yeast. Taste is light, german notes, but very grainy, almost like bread. Dry finish with light mouth feel.

Iíll be completely honest, i had did not have high hopes for this one, but it really surprised me! Cereal grains in the aroma, a little spicy. Pours light blonde. Very hoppy, bitter, some cereal grain flavors, slightly catty. This is definitely NOT a "classic german pilsner" its way too hoppy, but i do like a hoppy pilsner, despite the slight cattiness in the hop flavor, its pretty good. Just donít let it get a little warm, towards the end, it got pretty nasty as it warmed up.

Biscuity and saazy in the aroma with hay and grainy notes. The pour is a golden color with just a huge fluffy white head. It took some effort to settle this one down. Thick lacing throughout. This is fairly dry, crisp, and bitter. A bit more hoppy and bitter than I thought it would be. A lemon citrusy taste mixes with wheat, grains, and grass. Thereís a buttery note in here thatís the only thing I didnít particularly care for but fortunately itís masked by the bitterness. This beer is actually pretty good. Much better than I expected.

Too hoppy and spicy for a pilsner.Like mine a little refreshing.Pours a nice golden color with cereal on the nose. The finish had a slight bite.

Lucent straw, white head, light body, medium co2.

Aroma and taste: sweet pale malt, leafy hops, something funky (pidgeon roost).

Tasting with the owners, and that OBC standard weird flavor doenít seem to bother them.

On tap at brewery. Poured a dark golden color. Flavor was spicy citrus up front and even hints of grass. Bitter finish though that I did not enjoy.
