2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a pale golden yellow on tap with little white head, but good lacing. Aroma is of light grainy notes and a bit of yeast. Taste is light, german notes, but very grainy, almost like bread. Dry finish with light mouth feel.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at the brewery. Dark gold pour with a thin white head. Light hop velvety malt aroma. A good malty taste, solid body with a lot of hops for a pilsener. Leaves a slight bitter finish. One of the better offerings from the brewery.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
I’ll be completely honest, i had did not have high hopes for this one, but it really surprised me! Cereal grains in the aroma, a little spicy. Pours light blonde. Very hoppy, bitter, some cereal grain flavors, slightly catty. This is definitely NOT a "classic german pilsner" its way too hoppy, but i do like a hoppy pilsner, despite the slight cattiness in the hop flavor, its pretty good. Just don’t let it get a little warm, towards the end, it got pretty nasty as it warmed up.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Biscuity and saazy in the aroma with hay and grainy notes. The pour is a golden color with just a huge fluffy white head. It took some effort to settle this one down. Thick lacing throughout. This is fairly dry, crisp, and bitter. A bit more hoppy and bitter than I thought it would be. A lemon citrusy taste mixes with wheat, grains, and grass. There’s a buttery note in here that’s the only thing I didn’t particularly care for but fortunately it’s masked by the bitterness. This beer is actually pretty good. Much better than I expected.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Lucent straw, white head, light body, medium co2.
Aroma and taste: sweet pale malt, leafy hops, something funky (pidgeon roost).
Tasting with the owners, and that OBC standard weird flavor doen’t seem to bother them.

On tap at brewery. Poured a dark golden color. Flavor was spicy citrus up front and even hints of grass. Bitter finish though that I did not enjoy.
