This smooth full-bodied India Pale Ale is much better than Interstate 4, even on a good day. Our IPA is brewed with organic Magnum, organic Centennial, and organic Cascade hops. We also dry hop it in the fermenter with a hefty amount of organic Cascade hops to deliver a zesty citrus aroma.

Darkest "IPA" Iíve ever had. Amber pour with fluffy white head. Doesnít really taste or smell like an IPA either. Itís okay with zesty hops and plain malt bill.

12 oz bottle at Shades of Green in Orlando The ale poured a cloudy amber color with an off -white head. You are greeted with a grapefruit rind aroma and some resin. The IPA had a nice medium body with average carbonation. This is a very basic IPA. Nice balance of hop bitterness with the caramel malts. The perfect ale for nap time after Magic Kingdom.

12oz bottle. No code date. Appearance: Amber/deep brown color, slight haze, an quickly dissipating white head. Aroma: Light herbal and resinous hop aroma, hint of toasted malt. Taste: One dimensional caramel malt flavor, with a quick biting bitterness. Little hop flavor, more of a toasted malt flavor on the back end. Mouthfeel: Medium body and moderate carbonation. Finish: Lingering toasted malt flavor, with moderate bitterness. Overall: More like an ESB than an IPA. Way to dark in color, light in aroma and hop flavor than an IPA should be. Would not recommend.

Bottle... Pours hazy and burnt-orange with a mid-sized, creamy, off-white head. Fantastic retention. The nose features cookie dough and some toasted grains. Light to medium-bodied with nearly no carbonation. The flavor is moderately bitter and a hint toasty, but the hop varietals used are not truly revealed. Itís a generic bitterness, followed by a flat, peppery finish.
