COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This smooth full-bodied India Pale Ale is much better than Interstate 4, even on a good day. Our IPA is brewed with organic Magnum, organic Centennial, and organic Cascade hops. We also dry hop it in the fermenter with a hefty amount of organic Cascade hops to deliver a zesty citrus aroma.

Bottle: Not actually a new brewery since this is a contract beer brewed by Florida Beer Company... First impression is WOW, you have to try hard to brew such an underwhelming ale let alone call it an IPA. Flowery and bready nose with some crystal malt and no hint of citrus, pine, or heck even herbal notes that should be there. The taste, well shit, it is even weaker. Just a dab of fruit, bitter and metallic undertones with no discernable malt profile. This is a weak amber ale at best. Please AB/In-Bev buy Florida Beer Company and leave the good ones alone.

In our hotel bar. A bit mislabeled. Maybe an apa but good. Amber colored. Fruity malty nose. Dry oaky taste. Not bad.

Pours a nice amber color with an average sized white head. Citrus and pine in the nose with a little toffee too. Decently bitter with a flat finish. Not bad but not much to it.

At Bonefish Grill with Audrie and Zachary, desperately ordered this ale, or it was a macro . Pours an amber red color with a small head. Nose is bitter with predominant pine and resin. Taste is light citrus with pine and resin. Finish on a rather light flat taste. Average IPA quaff score 6 / 10

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 4/23/2014. Pretty old, but we’ll give it a shot. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy reddish orange color with a 2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, caramel, toasted bread, toffee, floral, grass, slight pine, and floral/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of citrus/floral hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; with good strength. Taste of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, caramel, toasted bread, light toffee, floral, grass, light pine, and floral/toasted earthiness. Fair amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange zest, caramel, toasted bread, light toffee, and floral/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good robustness and balance of citrus/floral hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, moderately creamy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a solid IPA, despite being a bit old. Good balance and robustness of citrus/floral hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; and very smooth to drink. Quite a bit malt forward, but not over done. A pretty enjoyable offering.

Fair IPA. Tap at UCF stadium, club level fun! Light brown color, modest head. Leafy and citrus hops, both in the nose and flavor. Malts are understated, somewhat bready, lightly sweet presence - so its balanced. Almost something of an americanized ESB which I guess is what an IPA was back in the 90s.
