3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle at Shades of Green in Orlando The ale poured a cloudy amber color with an off -white head. You are greeted with a grapefruit rind aroma and some resin. The IPA had a nice medium body with average carbonation. This is a very basic IPA. Nice balance of hop bitterness with the caramel malts. The perfect ale for nap time after Magic Kingdom.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
12oz bottle. No code date. Appearance: Amber/deep brown color, slight haze, an quickly dissipating white head.
Aroma: Light herbal and resinous hop aroma, hint of toasted malt.
Taste: One dimensional caramel malt flavor, with a quick biting bitterness. Little hop flavor, more of a toasted malt flavor on the back end.
Mouthfeel: Medium body and moderate carbonation.
Finish: Lingering toasted malt flavor, with moderate bitterness.
Overall: More like an ESB than an IPA. Way to dark in color, light in aroma and hop flavor than an IPA should be. Would not recommend.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle... Pours hazy and burnt-orange with a mid-sized, creamy, off-white head. Fantastic retention. The nose features cookie dough and some toasted grains. Light to medium-bodied with nearly no carbonation. The flavor is moderately bitter and a hint toasty, but the hop varietals used are not truly revealed. It’s a generic bitterness, followed by a flat, peppery finish.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a golden color with white head. Floral notes and some citrus on the nose with a little hay and bread; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a hop note, but also too much malt for an IPA.
