COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This smooth full-bodied India Pale Ale is much better than Interstate 4, even on a good day. Our IPA is brewed with organic Magnum, organic Centennial, and organic Cascade hops. We also dry hop it in the fermenter with a hefty amount of organic Cascade hops to deliver a zesty citrus aroma.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 4/23/2014. Pretty old, but we’ll give it a shot. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy reddish orange color with a 2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, caramel, toasted bread, toffee, floral, grass, slight pine, and floral/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of citrus/floral hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; with good strength. Taste of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, caramel, toasted bread, light toffee, floral, grass, light pine, and floral/toasted earthiness. Fair amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange zest, caramel, toasted bread, light toffee, and floral/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good robustness and balance of citrus/floral hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, moderately creamy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a solid IPA, despite being a bit old. Good balance and robustness of citrus/floral hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; and very smooth to drink. Quite a bit malt forward, but not over done. A pretty enjoyable offering.

On tap at Disney World (Wine and Food Festival). Poured an amber color with a smaller sized head. Citrus, some toast, and floral.

Fair IPA. Tap at UCF stadium, club level fun! Light brown color, modest head. Leafy and citrus hops, both in the nose and flavor. Malts are understated, somewhat bready, lightly sweet presence - so its balanced. Almost something of an americanized ESB which I guess is what an IPA was back in the 90s.

Draft sample at epcot’s food and wine festival 2014. One of the worst ipa’s I’ve ever had. Amber color with barely any aroma, faint citrus. Very malt forward with no hop presence or character. After a couple ounces I dumped this one. Awful.

Light aromas, hops on the smell, but not powerful, Amber color, Clear, lightly carbonated, the hops are balanced, but minor, it is ok

Pint pour from bottle. Full of chunkies and floaties. Copper amber with slight off white head. Nose is fairly malted and a little sweet. Grapefruit on the nose. Flavor is malt forward also, with grapefruit and citrus finish. Not a favorite...

16 oz draft pours a deep copper color. No much hop aroma to speak of. A bit on the malty side. A bit tame on Ibu's. Not bad at all.

Bottle. Clear amber color with ivory head. Floral, yeasty, fruity aromas. Medium bodied. Toasted caramel, bready flavors with mild floral hoppage___nice maltiness but not much hoppage----not bad.

Clear copper with strong white head and lots of lacing. Aroma is citrus, primarily lemon and grapefruit. Taste is light ipa citrus. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a clear copper body under a on inch frothy beige head with some lazy carbonation. The nose is a bit sweet with a heavy crystal malt component, some husky malt, and minimal hoppiness for an IPA. The flavor is dominated by the crystal malt, much too much for an IPA in my opinion. The hops are really dulled and light with a lingering brown sugar finish. Medium bodied and a bit sticky with soft fizzy carbonation. Pretty poor IPA.
