This smooth full-bodied India Pale Ale is much better than Interstate 4, even on a good day. Our IPA is brewed with organic Magnum, organic Centennial, and organic Cascade hops. We also dry hop it in the fermenter with a hefty amount of organic Cascade hops to deliver a zesty citrus aroma.

Draft at The Mansion in Melbourne. Solid hoppy IPA; went great with the Florida avocado-chile burger. Drink local :)

Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is toast, caramel, cirrus and light floral. Taste is bittersweet which more emphasis on the sweet. Medium bodied with some dryness on the finish. Overall it was more British then US style.

Pours a lasting frothy white head atop a deep brown orange body. Nose has hardly any hops. Lightly bitter but more malty - somewhat roasted and smokey. Rather poor.

Can from ABC. Cascade citrus and resin aroma. Caramel, spices, and minerals in the taste with citrus, resin, and pine undertones. Pretty good.

BJCP 2015 Category 21A: American IPA

AROMA: Fruity/berry/floral scent. Slight buttered popcorn. 9/12

APPEARANCE: Very clear copper/magenta hue. Average foam and good lacing. 3/3

FLAVOR: Generic, but enjoyable hop presence. Flavor seems closer to berry or melon than citrus. Faint pine presence in background. Malt is mildly caramel. Has some English IPA characteristics, but without assertive Ringwood character. 15/20

MOUTHFEEL: Medium body; crisp. Minor bitter aftertaste. No booze. 4/5

OVERALL IMPRESSION: What a world of difference freshness makes! Though not an amazing IPA, this is a solid one. 6/10

Bottle. Amber to orange in color. Aroma of pine and some earthy hops, caramel. Flavor of malts and caramel the most. Not nearly enough bitterness to be IPA worthy. Body a little sticky. Didn’t drink a second one.

12 oz bottle at T Rex Orlando. Nose is pine and citrus with a hint of caramel. Clear orange with a big light beige head. Flavor is moderately bitter with a caramel backbone. Better than expected.
