2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft at the brewery. Pours a cloudy pale straw color with a tiny white head. Scent of wheat and light citrus. Tart citrus and wheat taste. After a few beers here Jason and I began to agree with beerlando’s assessment. Every beer so far has had a thin water feel.

1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
hazy straw, thick dense white head, med-body, high co2.
aroma: funky chicken coop, fruity.
T1= bright, yeasty, wheat, coop, co2.
T2= very chicken coop, touch of herbal hops, heather?
T3= dry, wheat tartness, coop funk residue.
backgroud wheat flavor is good, but the coop flavor does the funky chicken dance all over the aroma and flavor.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at Orlando. Poured hazy golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate citrus wheat aroma. Light to medium body with a thin texture and soft carbonation. Light to medium sweet flavor with a light to medium sweet finish of moderate duration. This beer was worth having once during the summer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy deep gold with tan-ish sand tones and white head. The aroma is grainy, a bit of biscuit and doughiness. I also get a sense of citrus – lemon like notes as well. The taste is pretty full with grains then moving into brief biscuit and dough notes before mild amounts of bubble gum and banana come to the surface. It ends dry and refreshing.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft... Hazy, straw-colored ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is very restrained – even with a vigorous swirl, I couldn’t pick up much – but I was able to pull some yeasty, bready notes along with a touch of lemon peel. Medium-bodied and creamy with pillow-soft carbonation. The flavor is all about sweet bread and sugar cookie. Sweet, candy, bready finish. Not even remotely brewed to style; that said, I kind of liked this one.
