markwise (287), Satellite of Love, Florida, USA Jun 29, 2008 Not bad, not bad. It does pour a cloudy yellow color and the aroma is slightly citrusy with spice hints. The taste is not as carbonated and not wonderful but I got wood, banana, clove, and lemon from it. The finish was slightly sweet and it is dirt cheap at happy hour. Wouldn’t go out of my way, but it was not a bad beer. redlight (1055), Winter Park, Florida, USA Jul 28, 2007 sampled this on the night it was released, then ordered something else. No sign of hefeweizen here other than a cloudy yellow beer. The aroma had absolutely no banana, clove or citrus in it, just cereal-like. It did pour cloudy yellow but there was pretty much no head. Again no sign of wheat in this beer or classic german yeast flavors. Grain and cereal taste and very watery. This should not be listed as a german hefe. UofFkid (108), Orlando, Florida, USA Jul 17, 2007 Tap. Pours a very sparkling yellowish color w/ very little head. Very easy drinking, almost too easy. My personal taste require a bit more from a beer. Chicks dig it though. DrHomolka (603), Columbus, Ohio, USA May 10, 2007 On tap. Pours a hazy orange yellow color with surprisingly small head. Aroma is cereal, grains, wheat and a fairly unpleasant smell I cannot put my finger on. Tastes the same. I think this is an American Wheat as it shows pretty much none of the characteristics of a Hefe. This wasn’t horrible but nothing noteworthy. DragonStout (1183), Orlando, Florida, USA Feb 7, 2007 Pours a nice gold color with a small head.Easy drinking, light bodied beer.Nothing special here.
