Sep 15, 2007 Draft. A clear, golden yellow color with thin, white head. Faint, malty, grainy aroma with a similar flavor. Thin, watery texture. Goes down easy, but rather unimpressive.

May 26, 2007 Draft... Clear straw-colored ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Good retention. The grainy nose delivers mild notes of toffee and spent mash. Thin, grainy, lightly sweet flavor. Light-bodied with soft carbonation. Gently sweet finish. Refreshing, but not at all exceptional, even for a mild.

Dec 10, 2006 on tap-pours a white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is faint medium malt, funky, yeasty. Taste is medium malt, faint hops, a bit thin. Mild carbonation. Had these (this one and others) at the brewery, something amiss. 3.0-.3 aroma. 2.7

Jul 28, 2006 a nice golden beer when poured.Crisp but easy to drink.Lots of malt with every taste.

Jul 2, 2006 Pours darker golden color thin head. Just a great easy dirnking beer, it had a spiciness to it that I just loved, great malty flavor and slight hops, all of it tasting good, just a damn good straight up beer.
