Draft… … Hazy orange/amber ale with a small, creamy, white head. The aroma is of bubble gum and gummy bears - not unpleasant, but odd for any beer - especially for an IPA. I’m picking up no lupulin here. Medium to full-bodied with modest carbonation. The flavor is fruity, herbal and sweet. Finishes sweet. Hmmm… sweet? What happened to the whole hoppy "IPA" component of this beer? Not unpleasant in any way, but I’m confused. Well, it’s Orlando Brewing. So, there’s that.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap, at Vine & Barley. Moderate malt aromas of roasted and caramel, heavy pine and citrus peel for the hops, light soap for the yeast with hints of peper and dried dark fruits in the background. Head is large, creamy, white with excellent lacing and is mostly lasting. Flavor starts moderately sweet and acidic then finishes lightly sweet and acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is on the fuller side of medium, oily with a lively carbonation and a very dry and astringent finish. This beer surpirsed me. Very bold and yet nicely balanced.
