COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our English style Pale Ale is a robust, full-bodied beer. Its organic malts are well balanced with the distinct flavors from its organic English hops (Magnum and Golding). It has a moderate caramel flavor with the slightest chocolate essence that brings out the sharp English hop flavor.

This one poured a medium orange with a white head. Aroma was of caramel and grassy hops. Flavor similar, definitely british in the sense that its boring and sweet and caramely

Orlando Brewing Olde Pelican Ale is a decent quaff. Nice dark pour with a fluffy white head. Not much going on in the aroma department. Taste is malty with a little too much bitterness on the back end. Olde Pelican Ale a decent sessionable beer.

3 may 2013, bottle. Light brown, faintly hazy, some bubbles. Nose is mild grapefruit, peaches. Thin body and mildly fizzy. Mild tea, granola malt. Meh. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Quite pale indeed but somewhat strong for that style. Not soi hoppy and not much foam although it has some there.

12oz bottle - Brownish-orange with a white head. Caramel aromas. Very nice, rich flavor. This beer has a lot of mark body, but it works. Very good.

6.8% abv on tap. Pours a nice copper brown with good white, dissipating head and great lacing. Smell is fresh barley, malt, grain and slight pine. Taste follows suit, leaving a clean, dry mouth that goes away quickly.

Bottle from Liz. Pours copper/amber with a 3 finger creamy near-beige head. Aroma is sort of not much. Bit of malt. Med minus body. Flavor is mildly roasted caramel with some herb/veg. It’s on the dry side, and a touch astringent. Just not strongly flavored. Which is sort of the cousin’s thing, so it’s probably as desired. The finish is dry, herb bitter. I’d rather find floral. Seems low ABV, so would make a good session beer. The flavor is sort of building up over time. Decent drink.

Bottle. Clear copper with good initial head and lasting lace. Nose is thin with malt butter and some fruitiness. Taste starts off fairly sweet on a thin body and becomes earthy, metalic, roasty malt, and finally fairly bitter and dry without much linger. Not much going on with this but drinkalbe and not offensive.

Draft. Clear copper pour with an off white head. Scent is caramel malts and grassy. Taste is caramel and earthy bitterness. Decent but thin.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours clear copper color with off white head. Aromas of caramel malts and musty hops. Earthy flavor with some caramel malts. Thin body.
