An All-American beer. American organic grown malts, zesty American grown hops and the American ale yeast clearly identify this beer as homegrown. Refreshingly hoppy, pale yet tan and complex maltiness epitomize what this pale ale has brought to the American beer culture. Crisp, clean, sassy and complex, American ale at it finest.

This poured a darker yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of grass, and pale malt. Flavor was the same, lightly fruity, malt, watery. meh.

Pours a clear golden with a typical APA head. Aroma is more sweet malts than hops. Unusual and not my favorite APA>

Bottle at Mallards in The Peabody. Pours a clear copper color with a medium fluffy white head that recedes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of pale malt and hops. Light body with a mildly bitter grassy hops character with some malt behind it. The finish is lightly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Just average overall.

Nothing special. Pretty much standard PA nose, mild fruity hops with light biscuit malt. Not much caramel sweetness. The beer is a bland golden with a small white cap. The taste is the typical PA profile, but without any distinguishing characteristics. The beer is medium bodied and fairly clean.

Taken from old notes. No hop bite, a bit bitter and pale on the finish. Pretty unremarkable.

Mild aroma and basic but appealing pour with complex taste and lingering mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
