COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A classic Irish red ale brewed for the color, flavor & aroma that comes from using a delicate blend of barley malts, whole British hops, pure water and a special blend of British yeasts. Clean and crisp flavor, alluring aroma and unmistakable natural color.

Bottle, thanks to my brother! Very sweet caramel aroma and very little hops. Pours amber colored with no hint of red whatsoever, a thin white head and no lacing. Very sweet caramel malt with note of fruit to start. Finishes with a very sweet, caramel malty character with a bit of dryness from the hops. Not bad, but far too sweet for a typical red ale.

Fresh bottle. This is an irish ale? Feels a little more like an amber ale to me. Fresh, floral hop notes. Some raisin and sweet caramel/toffee malt flavors. Forgettable.

Bottle. Pours a reddish amber color with small tan head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt. Sweet malty flavor. Light to medium bodied with sweet finish and average carbonation. Nothing special, but tasty.

12oz bottle in a teku. Pours ruby/amber with an off-white head. Aroma of caramel and pale malts, dough, and light hops. Flavor the same. Average texture. Not the best beer, but standard for the style.

Rated on 3-01-2014 at the Naples Craft Beer Fest (Naples, Florida). This bottled beer has a small beige head with a lengthy retention, transparent body, no visible carbonation, and has spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is malty, caramel, toffee, lightly hoppy, and subtle hints of fruit. The taste is crisp, malt, caramel, some toffee, and lightly hoppy. The palate is clean and this beer is light-medium bodied. This beer is easy drinking, but the flavors were somewhat bland.

On tap at Disney World (as Organic Red Ale). Pours an amber color with a huge white head that sticks around. The aroma is a tad sharp and astringent with perhaps a hint of thin malt. Has minor citric hop bite to go with a semi-sweet malt taste. A somewhat thin body with moderate carbonation.
