On tap at Disney World (as Organic Red Ale). Pours an amber color with a huge white head that sticks around. The aroma is a tad sharp and astringent with perhaps a hint of thin malt. Has minor citric hop bite to go with a semi-sweet malt taste. A somewhat thin body with moderate carbonation.

Orlando Brewing Organic Red Ale is a decent session or food beer. The aroma is faint sweet caramel malt. There is a decent head sitting on top of a beautiful red pour, but it doesn’t last. Taste is a fresh but mild sweet malt with cherry notes. Finish is clean. Orlando Brewing Organic Red Ale is easy drinking and pleasant although not a real standout.

Bottle. Tried it as "Organic Red Ale". Hazy dark red color, small beige foamy head, fruity aroma, slightly bitter fruity taste, average carbonation, long bitter finish. Could be better if it did not remind you of the cough syrup.

On tap at Charley's Steakhouse on International Drive. I honestly thought this was the best red ale I have ever tasted. Smelled pretty fruity and tasted extremely crisp. Was pleasantly surprised with this beer.

Pours reddish-amber with a finger’s worth or frothy white head. Malty aroma with pronounced grassy notes. Earthy flavors with hints of tea and a hoppy finish. Very smooth and drinkable.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Robert brought this one back from a trip to Disney. +++ Sampled from a mini growler this beer poured a dark caramel color with orange highlights and a small foamy off white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was faint toasty malts and a touch of band aid. The flavor was nutty and woody with hints of toffee, black tea, band aid and vague fruity hops. Medium length wood and toffee finish. Medium body. Disappointing.

The portrait of the slightly better than average red ale that is so widely proliferated these days. I wouldn’t go out of my way to drink this beer again but its fine and better than a lot of other stuff in the marketplace. Just boring, good for new drinkers.
