This beer, dubbed a Florida Common, is brewed using lager yeast and a fermenting temperature of 60 degrees (six degrees higher than the norm) to create neither ale nor lager, but an amber hybrid. Copper in color and medium bodied, this 6.1% moderately malty brew has pronounced hop bitterness and a touch of citrus from organic Magnum and Cascade hops. Brewed with organic two-row barley and deep-well, charcaol-filtered hard water from the Floridan Aquifer, Steamee Summer is as pure as it is refreshing. Further, this organic brew also adheres to the German Purity Law of 1516, the ’Reinheitsgebot’, meaning that it is made with only the four main ingredients of beer: water, hops, yeast and malted barley. You’ll find no additives, adjuncts or artificial anything in this beer, making Steamee Summer a natural choice.

Orlando Brewing Steamee Summer is a tasty beverage even in the winter. Light but pleasant citrus aroma coming from a copper pour with a decent head. Taste is a healthy dose of hop citrus that ends with a bit of effervescent spiciness - not real complex but delicious just the same. The citrus hops flavors last long after the last sip. It really drinks lie a good pale ale. Steamee Summer is one that you will enjoy all year round and nice take on the style.
