An exceptionally smooth yet satisfying,non-bitter brown ale. The rich aroma & flavor complexity is credited from the blending of over 6 various malts. The imported British hops, minerally enhanced brewing water, and special strain of British yeasts lends itself to this legendary style of beer.

This one poured a light brown with a beige head. Aroma was of toast and caramel. Flavor was similar, standard brown, not too great.

3 may 2013, bottle. Light brown, faintly hazy, some bubbles. Nose is warm iced tea. Not sure this is good. Thin body and mildly fizzy. Lemon, tea, granola malt. Meh. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a light brown on tap with little dissipating head and no lacing. Aroma is strong of malt and grain, toasty and bready. Taste follows suit, but not as intense as the smell, with a well-balanced, clean finish. Decent brown, but not amazing.

Bottle from LIz. Pours dark ruddy copper with a 3 finger creamy beige head. Aroma of roast malt with some nut. Med body. Til the carb leaves. The malt is roasty, there’s a slightly slick nuttiness, and there’s some bitter that might be floral or earthy - not citrus or pine. Good. Better than expected. And I just noticed that there’s some excellent ring lacing.

Draft at Raglan Irish Pub in Downtown Disney on 11/8/11. Pours a dark brown. Small white creamy head. Long lasting film. Strong lacing. Nutty aroma. Nutty flavor with some roast. Somewhat mild palate. Easy drinking. Would have been better if it had more body, but overall very pleasant.
