This pours a light amber with a lasting but modest head. Light lace. Cloudy. Only a hint of maple syrup (l’erable) in the smell. Mostly dark crystal malt and a touch of chocolate in the aroma. The taste is like the smell except there is now a generous amount of hop in swallow and aftertaste. Very complex and well-balanced, neither sweet nor dry, hoppy nor malty. The body is as expected. A superb, unusual beer that is subtle in every way.

Yummy!

500ml bottle. Pours a clean amber-copper colour with a big creamy off-white head that stays a long time and creates thick lace. Carbonation looks almost dead, with a few tiny bubbles from time to time. The nose is very grainy with caramel and toffee that makes this one very sweet smelling. Pretty smooth and mildly creamy mouthfeel. Taste of grain, just like the aromas and the maple syrup is felt in the finish. Just not as sweet in the flavour. A little bitterness from the hop comes out in the aftertaste. Becomes a little hazy by the end. Decent maple amber beer that is worth trying, but not something I would have a lot of.

Pours a clear amber color with a white head that dissipates quickly but leaves a nice lace. Smells of sweet caramel and whiskey. Tastes of malts and caramel with a smooth hop finish, nicely balanced.

Copper colour with a thin white lace. Strong malt, whisky aroma with caramel. Thick oily texture with a rich syrup caramel flavour. Tasty brew.

Deep amber pour with a thin white head. The aroma is a little bit spicy and fruity. Some nice plummy sweetness along with some toasted date and spiced cake. A touch of rummy character. A little bit of maple but it’s much spicier than mapley. A little bit fruity with some soft earthy bitterness. A touch of light woodiness. Solid stuff really.

Amber with a haze. Scant head. Aroma is noticably smoky and has a kiss of maple in the finish. Thin like the other house beers but still very good for what it is. Stong smoke character and fun maple sugars.

On tap. Dark amber pour white head. Aroma is woody and earthy and a note of maple, pretty discreet. Taste is malty and earthy slightly sour finish a tad off. Medium-full bodied w good carbonation.

500 ml bottle. Pours a hazy reddish-brownish amber with a short-lasting white head. Tastes like caramel, wood, maple water and smoked maple. Bit of maple in the finish. Light bodied and sticky mouthfeel. Not on par with their Gaborit...
