Jul 13, 2008 Boring-looking clear copper with a small white head that doesn’t last. Aroma is vaguely hoppy but overall weak. The flavor has a bit of maltiness atop some healthy hop bitterness, which finishes it out.

Jul 11, 2008 12 oz. bottle from Premier Gourmet - Pours a hazy golden color with a medium size off white head. Aroma is floral and grassy hops. Flavor is hops and esters. It’s somewhat bitter and has a slight lingering aftertaste. As far as IPA’s go, this one is probably forgetable.

Jun 20, 2008 Bottle. Hazy honeyed orange with small frothy head. Fruity esters, lots of melon, papaya, and mango. Nice earthy hops in body. Thin finish. Quaffable and sessionable though unexciting.

Jun 10, 2008 Cloudy, dull amber. Slightly phenolic, earthy nose. Crisp, earthy flavour. Very organic tasting...that is to say a little bland. Dry finish with hints of mushroom.

May 30, 2008 A very drinkable IPA. I am used to so. cal. overpowering IPA’s this is not like that. Floral hops with a slight citrus flavour. Tried this at a tasting at River Valley Co-op

May 29, 2008 Pours very nicely, with a medium sized white head full of floral aroma and citrus fruit. deep copper color, with a tight hop bite from the beginning of the sip to the end. excellent beer!

Apr 25, 2008 Draught. Pours a deep amber with a thin white head. A very hoppy citrusy aroma. Taste was hops but not very complex. A bit soapy and thin.

Apr 9, 2008 Thiner than I’m used to for an ipa. The malt seems underdeveloped kind of like if you made some tea out of crystal or caramel malt. Also centennial is one of my favorite hops but it doesn’t really come through that well in this beer. Put this next to a Two Hearted Ale and smell them both and you will know what I mean.
