Oro di Milano™ PURO MALTO is a low fermentation blonde beer with an intense straw color and alcoholic content around 5,1%. It strikes with the intense and pleasant malt flavor and persistent hops smell.

Oro di Milano™ PURO MALTO is a fresh and light beer, very easy to drink and versatile for combinations, with a pleasant and refined flavor. An “uncommitting” but still sophisticated choice.

Suggested combinations:
Appropriate for an aperitif, it’s also fine to be combined with classic italian starters, pasta & pizza, cold cuts and mozzarella, fried sea food and grilled meat dishes

Bottle from a beer store on 41st Street in Capitola, CA. Darker cloudy yellow pour. Aroma is bread, lemon and apple. Flavor is mostly bread. Medium body and carbonation.

Slightly cloudy pale orange pour with small white head that left quickly. Aroma light sweetness mixed with yeast sourness. Taste is fresh sourness of yeast over barley with hints of mandarin rind... more of a famhouse ale than a lager? Body is full initially, though oddly this thins on the sour finish. Overall, interesting but is missing something.

Bottle 0,33L. Slightly hazy, golden colour with thick small white head. Heavy malty aroma of hay, straw, grain and some grassy hops. Yeasty, light bitter taste, became moderate bitter in the aftertaste. Refreshing, easy drinkable lager.

Bottle@Home. Very grainy aroma. Pale yellow, white head, good lace. Very grainy, light herbal, absence of bitterness. Light silky boring macro-like lager.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, foamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Expressionless malt aroma with a strawy touch. Taste is monotonous, minimally sweet malty, some biscuit, a very cautious peppery touch, prickling bitter hoppy overtones; light body.

Pours a golden straw yellow. Very very malty making it a bit on the sweet side. Nothing special at all but not on the ommercial side either.

Gentle and refined, but not boring at all. It isn’t that complex but it tastes of quality. Nice thick head. Great colour. Butterscotch flavours. Rounded mellow ending.

Bottled 330ml. -Golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, corn and cereals in the nose. Just discreet hint of spices in rather ordinary beer. Weak hoppy, corn and cereals with watery finish. For Italian lager let’s say ok .
