COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Oro di Milano™ PURO MALTO is a low fermentation blonde beer with an intense straw color and alcoholic content around 5,1%. It strikes with the intense and pleasant malt flavor and persistent hops smell. Oro di Milano™ PURO MALTO is a fresh and light beer, very easy to drink and versatile for combinations, with a pleasant and refined flavor. An “uncommitting” but still sophisticated choice. Suggested combinations: Appropriate for an aperitif, it’s also fine to be combined with classic italian starters, pasta & pizza, cold cuts and mozzarella, fried sea food and grilled meat dishes

Gentle and refined, but not boring at all. It isn’t that complex but it tastes of quality. Nice thick head. Great colour. Butterscotch flavours. Rounded mellow ending.

Bottled 330ml. -Golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, corn and cereals in the nose. Just discreet hint of spices in rather ordinary beer. Weak hoppy, corn and cereals with watery finish. For Italian lager let’s say ok .

THE Sour and Saison tasting - a rogue entry! Hazy gold beer, big pale cream coloured head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Fresh malt, fairly papery - a little mild fruits. On the cusp this one - initially reaction was it would be a stinker but I warmed to it.

Bottle @ THE Sour Tasting. Cheers to Ken for sneaking this bad boy into the lineup! The pour’s deep gold with a medium white head. The nose is cardboard, some cereal grain, mild sweet malts and plenty o’ white bread. The taste is peach-stained cardboard, some stale cornbread. Not much else, quite sweet and a bit syrupy. The body’s medium, the carbonation’s prickly. Overall, not one to revisit.

Bottle at THE Sour and Saison Tasting. Many thanks to Kenneth for this one. Pours clear gold with a light, white foam head. Big bready malt nose. Medium sweet flavor with light biscuits and toasty sugars, some doughy bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sugary, bready malt finish with mild biscuits, cereal. Very pleasant - if basic - beer.

Bottle. Pours with a clear golden body with a small and fading white head. Aroma of corn, bread and various adjuncts. Pretty sweet. Taste is much drier and bitter than the aroma. Pretty boring. Clean, dry. Fizzy. Not lingering. Bitter. Pretty basic.

330ml bottle from country Club Liquors. Nose of light malt with corny sweetness and a vegtal note. Clear pale gold with a big white head. Flavor is a hint of bitter with light sweet notes; not terrible just a common lager type beer.
