Bottle at home from drinkstore
Clear pale blonde with temporary fluffy white head and steady stream of bubbles. Fairly sulphorous nose with some citric acid and cider apple skins in behind. Tart apples up front and tingly carbonation. Sweet apple middle, fairly full bodied, tannic notes, sour apple sweets, some sulphur, long dry finish. Fairly well balanced, shame about the sulphur.

Bottled, from the Drink Store, Dublin. Clear pale golden. Lightly candyish nose with plenty of red apples. Dryish with clean, rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Notes of leather with some citric acid. Clean, crisp finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Little to no info on the brewer, website is a placeholder only. Appearance: Champagne coloured, no head, good visible carbonation. Aroma: Mild apple, sweet, a little champagne like. Flavour: Sharp carbonated apples, quite tart, leaves a coating on the teeth, something almost synthetic about it but it tastes pretty good, refreshing.
