Cloudy yellow golden colour with small off-white head. Candy bananas and mild sourness in aroma. Flavour is banana candies, some wheat and mild sweetness. More Belgian blonde than Belgian witbier.

On tap at BQ Navigli, Milano. Pale golden, hazy, with a white head. Spicy nose. Fruity flavours with moderate spiciness, but relatively dry. Unassertive, but displays some elegance.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of oranges as well as lighter notes of grapefruits, wheat, and coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, malt, and oranges, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

rakkasan (142) - Bresso, ITALY - MAY 9, 2010
on tap - Italia Beer Festival (Milan) - Poures a hazy orange color with a tiny white head. The aroma was a little muted with hints of orange, coriander and carrot - somewhat floral as well. The taste was yeast and citrus (orange) with a hint of rose thrown in with a coriander after taste, was thin and lacking body as most Italian-brewed Witbiers are. Nothing great a bit too flowery for my taste.

Draught @ IBF - Italia Beer Festival Milano 2010, Palalido, Piazza Carlo Stuparich, Milano, Italy.
Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, wheat notes, toffee, herbs, butter notes, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100305]
