On tap. Black with tan head. Roasted malt and coffee aroma. Breadish sweet flavour, chocolate, coffee, some hoppy bitterness

ASPETTO: nero impenetrabile, schiuma nocciola abbastanza chiaro, abbondante e abbastanza persistente.

Black pour with a frothy fast vanishing head. Coffee is dominant both in the aroma and at taste. Hops are more noticeable than a usual beer of this style but can’t pinpoint which hops "category" are used. Could have used a little more body but in the end it’s very well balanced.

Had this months ago, thanks daniele! Dark brown, nice foamy head that stays, beautiful lacing. Aroma has some nice roast, soft. taste is also roasty, thick, chocolate and cocoa. Slightly sour alcohol feel to it, although it has only 6,2 abv. Nice.

Chouette !

Dark brown hazy color. I summary, Uber umami. A touch salty, rich, chocolately with mushrooms, truffles and great depth in the mouth. Very different beer. Super rich that would go awesome with a mushroom pizza. In fact, I am having vegetarian pizza loaded with mushrooms and it matches perfectly. Excellent.

50cl bottle into a pint. Pours black with a very beautiful, long lasting, light beige head. Smells of roasted malts and barley with some coffee. Taste is rich of roasted flavors with coffee again, good final light bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, light, carbonation. Once again I honestly couldn?t tell if it?s a porter or a stout.

Birra buona e bella!
