Comunque buona

50 cl bottle, maybe too aged. I have better memories on this beer. Huge, white and thick head; straw-yellow hazy color. Pleasant nose, light spicy and fresh cereals. The flavor is what disappointed me. Medium body and nicely velvety but the sour and spicy bitterness ruins the atmosphere. It floods the mouth coming with a noticeable carbonation and overwhelms all the possible other flavors, even if a feeble sweetness is present. there is a unpleasant clash between the nose and the flavor.

Artebirra Pasturana 2008: simpatica anche se ne ho preso solo un assaggio, molto fresca e beverina.

Small but persistent white head; beautiful golden colour. DIACETYL! and that’s it for the nose (OK, there’s some grainy aroma hidden as well). Horribly sharp taste and mouthfeel, citrussy but aggressive, together with the diacetyl no other flavours left. Sharp, astrigent. Diacetyl ruins it all; MF way too aggressive.

Draught at "Italia Beer Festival 2007" - Brescia.
Yellow clearly color, fraught, opaque and lacking in bubbly. Pleasant aroma of dampen grains and cereals. Indeed unusual nose. Homogenous, compact, not much refreshing taste, indeed rather "laborious" and soupy. Light bitterish tip on the end.

Draught at Bi-Du Beer Fest 2007
Cloudy orange color. Nice creamy hop aroma, with a touch of cereals and honey. Medium body strength, good malt flavor, velvety, with honey too; strong bitterness.
Chaotic, but brewed with good hops and very pleasant: my congrats.
