Jul 4, 2008 Very mellow Trappist beer. Has a nice cinnamon/ spicy flavor to it. This is a very unique beer. Has malt and spicy sweetness in the aroma. Very good.

Jul 2, 2008 Pours yellow and cloudy with some head. Aroma isn’t very strong, but definite yeast and fruit: pears and banana. Taste is not very strong but it’s a bit of fruit. I wasn’t as impressed as I was expecting after reading about this one.
