COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
麦芽：ペールモルト／エールモルト／カラメルモルトホップ：チェコ産、ドイツ産、ＵＳＡ産、ニュージーランド産酵母：エール酵母 IBU：１０アルコール度数：５％【特徴】華やかなホップ香と麦芽の旨み。苦味を抑えて仕上げました。ビールのリニューアルに伴い、アンバーエールをラインナップに加えました。　このビールには大きな特徴があります。　コクがあってホップの香りがしっかり感じられるところはまでは、このスタイルとしては珍しくありませんが、國乃長ビールの蔵アンバーは、ビールにつきものの「苦味」がほとんどありません。　単に苦味を減らしたいだけならホップの投入量を減らせば簡単ですが、十分なホップ香を感じさせながら苦味だけ減らすのは難しく、特別なホップを使用するとともに、仕込み方法を工夫しながら作っています。

Bottle (as Isetan Osaka Ale) at Kimi Ryokan, Ikebukuro. Clear dark red/brown - offwhite head. Roasted. Sweetness. Dried fruits. Nutty. Tobacco. Amber malts. Light sticky body. Fruity notes. Light hoppy. Mostly malty - higv malty.

Draft at the brewery. It poured a beautiful clear amber with a light brownish-white head. It was highly carbonated & slightly opaque. It had a malty fruity taste with a mild bitterness. A decent amber beer but not so flavorful.
