It pours clear with a very slight yellowish tint. The aroma has notes of: steamed rice, sweet alcohol, and a wet woodiness. The taste is light sweet that finishes dry; there are notes of: wood, rice-pudding, and alcohol. The palate is medium-light bodied, thin, medium astringency, and a medium-short finish. Overall, boring but pleasant.
