On tap at PJ's Bistro in Manitou Springs (amazing burgers by the way), a golden amber with frothy head, wonderful aroma. Tastes....well....damn near perfect. I had two pints, would have had 6 more if time permitted. Love it, well done.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Mild aroma of hops. Nice deep yellow cover with a tan head that had lasting power. Nice sweet malt up front, quickly followed by a bitter hop bite. Malt has roasty characteristics. Bitterness is firm with a long aftertaste...not too overpowering. Not bad.

Small head leaves little retention but a good deal of lacing. Orange and lemon flavors with a sweetness on the finish that is very enjoyable.

From a can, on the train. Great balance between bitter hops and weighty malt. Superb texture, creamy yet not remotely cloying, very clean in the finish. Hop fruitiness comes through too, but it’s predominantly bittering hops.
