Brewed with hefty amounts of European malts and four kinds of American hops, it delivers a blast of hop aromas, a rich middle of malt and hops, and a thrilling finish. It weighs in at 6.5 % alcohol by volume.

Why squeeze such a big brew into a little can?

Because we think fun in the great outdoors calls for great beer. Our cans go where bottled beers can’t, where flavorless canned beers don’t belong. And no matter where you drink Dale’s Pale Ale, our can protect it from light and oxidation far better than bottles do.

Northern Brewer for bittering, Cascade and Columbus for flavor, and a big, post-boil addition of Centennial for aroma.

Can - solid pale - herbal nose - low biscuit malt impact which is surprising considering the full body and malt sweetness - must be the heavy herbal hoppiness - smooth drinker with great bitter kick to finish. Nice. Could do with more fizz but that’s not a deal breaker.

Can from Saveur-Biere.com - Color: clear copper beer with small carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: sweet caramel malt notes, bread and hoppy with resin hint. Fruity. Taste: medium body with caramel malt balanced with resin and fruity hops. Good attenuation and highly drinkable. Very nice balance good association between caramel malt and resin hops. Aftertaste: sweet wet bitterness. Perfect balance.

Can. Pale copper in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of pale and caramel malts, white grapefruit, a bit of kitchen spice and booze. Spicy citrus upfront on the palate, backed by some substantial pale malt flavor. Medium bodied with a solid bitter finish. Very old school APA in terms of the hop-to-malt balance and bitterness level, but with a bit more refinement. Decent.

Pours clear red golden with good off white head. Aromas of bread and honey with hint of citrus and metallic notes. Smooth carbonation and medium mouth feel. Taste is toffee and Cereal with hint of citrus hops but not much. Medium sweet and light bitterness. An old can but I expected much more...

Can pours a clear orange with a two finger sand head and sticky lacing. Aroma is a wonderful floral woodsy citrus. The flavor is excellent and while initially seems quite muted, is actually just right for the style. Mild bitterness and a solid aftertaste finishes very well.

Color ámbar claro, translúcido, con capa de espuma de un blanco amarillento de dos dedos de grosor (buena retención). Carbonatación media tirando a baja.
