COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with hefty amounts of European malts and four kinds of American hops, it delivers a blast of hop aromas, a rich middle of malt and hops, and a thrilling finish. It weighs in at 6.5 % alcohol by volume.

Why squeeze such a big brew into a little can?

Because we think fun in the great outdoors calls for great beer. Our cans go where bottled beers canít, where flavorless canned beers donít belong. And no matter where you drink Daleís Pale Ale, our can protect it from light and oxidation far better than bottles do.

Northern Brewer for bittering, Cascade and Columbus for flavor, and a big, post-boil addition of Centennial for aroma.

On tap, pours a clear golden amber color with a smooth thick white head that lasted the whole time, it also left great lacing. Smells of citrus, pine and caramel, tastes of all the same things in the smell. Mouthfeel is medium and creamy with good carbonation. This is one of the best pale ales around in my opinion. Tastes way better on draft than in the can. Itís actually hoppier than some ipas Iíve had. This would be a good intro beer for someone interested in being a hop head.

Can, did want to try this for a long time, butís sadly it wasnít fresh at all. Pours clear golden with small off-white head. Malty, dank hops, subtle piny notes. Taste is malty, grains, caramel, subtle citrus, fainted hops. Medium bitter finish. Caramel and dank hops.

From the stovepipe big can now selling for $3-. Nice mix of hops, goes down smooth and easy. Iíve had this a number of times over the past couple years, but now that it comes in this new big can I will probably buy more often. Makes a nice side car when a 6-pack just isnít enough.

Look; standing light tan foam, amber golden clear body, fluffy rings as lacing. Aroma; citrus, hops, grass, dust, bread. Taste; citrus, malts, hops, bread, syrup. Somewhat sticky. Finishes with hops and roasted malts. Not bad. Quite ok, especially along with grilled meat or hot salty spicy snacks. [33cl can abv6.5% B@Systembolaget BB260715]

Can @ Ýlbutikken. Pours clear amber with an off white head. Aroma is pretty malty with notes of earthyness, sweet resin, caramel and some herby grassy hops. The taste is also very sweet and malty with notes of caramel, sweet resin, weak bitter hops and some oxidation. Would love to try fresh...

Can. Pours clear dark orange with a thick offwhite head. Aromas of malt, earthy notes, resin, citrus, hops. Taste is malty as fuck, citrus, dry, resin, orange peel, hops. I dont know how old this was, but my guess is pretty fucking old.

12 oz can. Appearance pours a deep copper, with a 2 finger thick head. Aroma is hoppy and malty. Taste is sweet, amber, decent bittering on the end but not overpowering. Palate is soft with less carbonation. Overall pretty good, you can definitely drink this any time.

On tap. Pours a clear orange with a gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has has citrus notes with light pine a hint of grapefruit and a backbone of grass and grain. Flavor is similar with a citrus and pine combination supported by grass, a touch of resin and light grains.

Pours golden with a modest white head. Nose is a bit like an IPA with a bit of a hop bite and distinct pale-ale maltiness. Flavor is fairly simple but very good: moderately strong bittering hops balance perfectly with a sweet, almost candy-like malt and just a hint of warmth. Backside is smooth and down the middle. About as good as medium-gravity "normal" ales can get.

Orange colour, off white head. Aroma of slightly caramel, grassy hops. Taste is light sweet, light bitter. Light body, thin to oily texture, average carbonation. Good, I was just expecting more.
