4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
From a 12-oz can. Pours reddish golden with a frothy head that clings to the sides of the glass. Aromas of malt, pine and citrus hops. Flavors are creamy malt with bready notes and bitter citrus. Slightly nutty finish with a lingering hop bite. Creamy mouthfeel, but nicely balanced with carbonation. This is a damned nice pale ale. Absolutely delicious!

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
Aroma is grass, hay, grains, vegetable, light hops.
Taste is grass, pine, plus a dry Ashy Aftertaste.
Appearance: slightly more color than a typical yellow pale ale, above average white head.
Not sure why this gets such high marks. It seems very pedestrian to me. Not even pedestrian....like a pedestrian with a limp.

Smells great, grassy, caramel, hop aromas. First can had a violent head on it. More bitter than sweet on the mouth. A fine APA.
