COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with hefty amounts of European malts and four kinds of American hops, it delivers a blast of hop aromas, a rich middle of malt and hops, and a thrilling finish. It weighs in at 6.5 % alcohol by volume.

Why squeeze such a big brew into a little can?

Because we think fun in the great outdoors calls for great beer. Our cans go where bottled beers canít, where flavorless canned beers donít belong. And no matter where you drink Daleís Pale Ale, our can protect it from light and oxidation far better than bottles do.

Northern Brewer for bittering, Cascade and Columbus for flavor, and a big, post-boil addition of Centennial for aroma.

Like everyone says, beer in a can, get out of here. But I am staying right here with this one. Not a huge fan of hops, but this beer is changing my perception. Great with Cajun food by the way!

Slightly foggy bright orange, film of creamy head. Aroma is quite balanced really, with lots of cereal, fruity malts. Of course there are hops (grapefruit first and foremost, resin backup), but for an american ale, itís remarkably malt-forward. Which is nice! Itís refreshing, drinkable, and has a lot going on. More please!

355 ml can. Pours a hazy orange with a medium, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Fresh, hoppy aroma of grapefruit and light caramel. Sweet flavour of grapefruit, malt and caramel with a very dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Wow! Best beer Iíve ever had out of a can!

I'm excited about this one although the price will help me resist....$20/12pack. It has a nice bite as it hits the tongue and mellows quickly before it even hits the palate. The palate keeps a nice even bitter taste though. This is more an IPA than a pale ale, in my opinion. I'd be glad to have this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
