3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap poured a dark orange color, aromas of citrus, pine, more citrus, and grapefruit. Flavors are the same, but a tad stale, maybe not as fresh as intended, slight caramel lingers, but if this was fresh the hops would destroy my palate.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a clear copper color. Large white head that lasts and leaves lots of lacing. Hoppy, citrus aroma. A nice balance of malt to the bitterness.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
473 mL can. An excellent IPA that, for me, veers into ASA territory because of the wonderful, caramelly malt backbone that accompanies the big American hops. No faults.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draft, nice orange body with a thinnish white head. Looks good. Nice aroma on this one, its a big citrus bomb. I get a ton of orange, tangerine, grapefruit.
On the tongue it has medium bitterness, which is actually quite pleasant, its not overload for the palate. There’s more citrus, a little dankness and I can’t taste any alcohol. Very pleasantly surprised with this one, I could probably drink this every day.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Amber pour with a thick off white head. Citrus and tropical fruit aroma before I’d even poured it; malt and pine as well. Taste is orange, slightly sweet, malt, then a big wallop of pine bitterness. Really cracking beer.

Great beer. Amber appearance with a really smooth flavor. One of the better balanced ipa beers.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can - thick on the tongue - malt dominant - bit too sweet for me - just enough hops to keep it drinkable.

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Can 16 oz. Pours orange / amber. The hoppy aroma is excellent. The taste is just as good. Full IPA. Another reason Oskar Blues is one of my favorite brewers.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
16 oz can shared from Evergreen Discount. Dark gold/amber and clear with a nice white head and lacing. Citrus hops, tropical fruits, medium plus bitterness and light toasty malts balancing things out. Medium body with a dry finish, pretty bold.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Canned sample via oakbluff. Orange in colour with a bit of haze and medium carbonation. Aromas are of spicy orange, fat pale malt, and wet stones. Flavors are of orange jujube candies, pine sap, earth, and heavy malts. Fairly hefty in the mouth with an assertive chunky bitterness. Not bad, but I definitely prefer my IPAs to be leaner than this one.
