COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is intended to be a sensory assault for hop lovers. At 8.0% ABV, four hop additions during the brew process, and a final wallop of excessive Columbus dry-hopping, this beer is meant to say one thing: MORE HOPS! Perfect for these cool winter nights, The Deviant is a returning favorite from the little brewery in Lyons, Colorado that started the Canned Revolution!

Can, from Birratrovo, Como, canned 12-03-13 (congratulations for the choice of format!)
Amber color, hazy, with medium sized creamy head. The aroma offers a good amount of hop fruitiness; there is some mango and some oranges, then mild apricot jam; finally, a light earthy note, manure, and biscuits. Good body structure, with round and smooth mouthfeel; it has a moderate residual sweetness, just a light presence of crystal, quite strong biscuity caramel flavor, and obviously a powerful bitterness, with plenty of fruits and some pleasant resins; the final is very long, vibrant and balanced.
Yes, yes; a very solid brew.
