This beer is intended to be a sensory assault for hop lovers. At 8.0% ABV, four hop additions during the brew process, and a final wallop of excessive Columbus dry-hopping, this beer is meant to say one thing: MORE HOPS! Perfect for these cool winter nights, The Deviant is a returning favorite from the little brewery in Lyons, Colorado that started the Canned Revolution!

This is a hoppy beast. Still a smooth beer, though. Great choice for hop lovers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Amber gold pour with a white head. Piney hops and malt in the aroma and taste. Properly bitter as a good IPA should be.

Can from Stewart’s Wine Company December 2013. Now that is what I call a good beer. Well balanced without overloading on hops. Fills the mouth with flavour that lasts and lasts.

"Ratin beer while in line to see Tinkerbell. Enjoyed this tall boy last night. It really is like a blend of dales pale and gubna. Big juicy dank hops, especially in the flavor, with all the accompanying glorious sweetness. SO easy and smooth for a thick 8% brew. Pineapple, fruit and a little spicy in the finish. Absolutely love it!

Pours from can a somewhat hazy gold. Nice nose of citrus, floral and pine. Taste of some caramel and citrus, and then a hop bomb - maybe overly so. It's good, but not great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Heavy smell of hops. Dark amber colour, high creamy beige head. Heavy aroma of hops, some licorice and oak, maybe some rum. Some hint of spices in the background. Very flat carbon, oily texture. Bitter of course, but also surprisingly sweet to it.

A – Copper red, with a thick beige head.

S – Pine, some small citrus, quite caramelly but hop forward.

T – Super balanced, some malt sweetness to it, piney with some citrus input.

M – Medium, very good level of carbonation, and very mouthfilling.

O – Very good IPAs, would probably rated it higher if taken in another setting.

Tall can to a tall Pilsner. Clear amber gold with lots of off white foamy head and residual lacing. Plenty of hop presence citrus, florals and pine. Mellow malt balanced flavors with dry bitter finish... This is a good one... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours an hazy orange amber color with medium cream-colored head. Nose has caramel, pine and citrus. Taste has pine with an nice, quickly dissolvin palate and a hoppy aftertaste. The model of what an IPA should taste like.
