3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Well this is an IIPA alright! Poured a hazy amber, modest but dense creamy head. Nose with rich with piney hops, touch of citrus and some body odor. Light fruity malts beneath. Flavor is strong on the hops, with a zingy, resiny hop flavor. Malts understated, with a honeyed tone. Strong, sharp bitter finish with a piney bite and a lingering sting of alcohol on the palate.

On draft at Tustin Brewing Co. Somewhat of a clear golden color tiny white lacy head. Aroma was flora hops and pineapple. Tastge was very sweet with lots of caramel and malt and some alchol presence. Thick body and sticky with good carbonation. Overall good DIPA.

Can. Pours a Cloudy orange copper with a small frothy white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is a sweet fruity malt and floral hop. Medium mouthfeel with a smooth bitter cascade hops with caramel and a nice smooth finish. Hides the alcohol extremely well makim it easy to drink. Enjoyed this one, a very impressive IIPA from Oskar Blues.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Gubna pours out of the can to form a bubbly, frothy white head with a hazy orange color. Aroma is very strong and defining, with a bit of an almost yeast-like character and spicy, piny, sappy hops and an almost sour malt. Flavor is more of the same experience, light and smooth, with a little citrus, but packing a big punch. A little soapy overall, with a cheek-puckeringly hoppy bitter and slightly alcoholic finish.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nice citrus and pine aroma to start. The pour is a slightly cloudy amber with a very nice creamy head that laces and lasts. The flavor is malty sweet up front with a nice peppery hop at the back. The sweetness is prevalent throughout. Finish is dry despite the sweetness. Very nice indeed. There is no evidence of the alcohol content and I was quite surprised when I saw how high it was. Nice cans too.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
From a can. This poured a clear orange color with an average size foamy white head and good lacing. Nose is of malts but more floral and citrus hops. Body is medium with as slick oily mouthfeel. Flavor is sweet in the beginning but moves quickly to lots of bitterness that carries over in to the finish. Excellent stuff.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A decent offering, well worth the money and i’d possibly get it again. Just didn’t knock my socks off. I didnt get onion liek many did, the tangerine flavor form the hops was nice, but the beer was just too hot, and didnt have a lot going on.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
[3120-20100705] 12floz can. Super spruce evergreen hops aroma has a weird taco note. Clear, medium orange brown body with a big long-lasting creamy off-white head. Bitter sweet evergreen hops and grainy malt flavour has mild maple sugar notes. Medium-full body. Strange combination of bitter hops and sweet malt.
