** This beer will now feature different hops in the massive dry hop every year.

12 oz can into a pint glass. A: Pours a light copper color. This features a nice head, about two fingers high and off-white colored. The retention is quite strong given its gravity, and the texture is nice and fluffy. S: It’s dank as fuck - this really brings back memories of Devil Dancer. But there’s also a lot of malt sweetness to it, as well. On the other hand, I seem to note a lot of alcohol, unfortunately. This one could really go any way in the flavor profile... T: Much sweeter than what the nose indicated. It opens with a lot of caramel, toffee, and dark fruit sweetness. Alcohol is prevalent but not remotely harsh, however it is pretty intrusive. Dank, resiny hops (and yes, even some onion) are only a subtle backing to all of the malt sweetness. Ah well, it’s not exactly fresh, so I can’t complain too much. M: Sweet, but not that heavy - or even that resinously bitter, really. Given its sweetness, it’s pretty easy to down for a 10% DIPA. It could use a bit more carbonation to help cleanse the finish better. O: I’ll have to re-try this one fresh. It’s pretty much turned into a World-Class Barleywine™ at only three months, only with "Sweet and Simplistic" replacing the "World-Class" part.

Can @ Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. Pours cloudy orange with a creamy white head and lacings. Sweet fruity and malty with some solid malty caramel and quite some juicy orangey hops. Sweet with a sticky bitter finish.

Canned 03/08/15. Pours golden color, large yellow/ivory head. Aroma is pineapple, lemon, pine, orange peel, slightly dank hops, sweet malt balance. Really good smell. Flavor is pineapple, candied sugar, malt, grapefruit, citrus. Really really good flavor. There’s so much malt, w/o being a malt bomb. It’s actually phenomenal. Not sure why I took so long to try this.

Gubna, how do you say it, with all its variations that taste oh so different. This stuff is so expensive at Hollywood, $4 for 5 oz. . Some ipa aroma in the nose, floral perfume I think. From the first taste its IPA all the way baby. Nice lacing I notice. This is IPOA fer sur, not in the double territory mind you, but really kick ass stringent bitter. Finish is terribly pn I{PA style ,ewewewewe.

Pours a light coppery color with a billowing, white, soapy head that lasts quite a while. Sweet smell to it, with a hop presence. Taste is confusing. Very sweet. For some reason rock candy keeps entering my mind. There is a hoppiness to it, but not overpowering. Get a bit of resiny flavor in the back end. So, sweet malt, candy-like flavor. A bit of spiciness (not hot spicy, but spicy nonetheless). The beer coats the whole mouth. I like it, but the taste is really unique and still wrapping the head around it.

Thx! 355 ml. can sampled @ “Nog-een-half-jaar-tot-de-volgende-EBT”. Hazy orange, little head. Nose is fruits, vanilla, sweet; Taste is vanilla, popcorn, shockingly sweet, onion hops, sugar, citrus, sweet spices. Thick body. Is this how it is supposed. Feels like a mistake but I have to admit that I really did enjoy the taste. Really enjoyable for me, whatever this is.
