Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home while binge watching House of Cards. Appearance is a cloudy gold with a modest white head that laces to the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, wheat, citrus, light honey, smells great. Taste goes down well, very sessionable, finishes dry from the wheat but lightly bitter. This was well done.

Pours golden with a thick off white head. Aroma is honey, citrus and pine resin. Taste is wheat grains up front with pine kicking in for the mid. The finish is creamy light grains and a medium lingering bitterness.

Following the trend of softer, juicier pales and IPAs. Lots of juicy tropical fruit and moderate bitterness. Melow for them, but tasty. Aroma a touch metallic, still fruity and nice though (7.5). Just a slight distraction. Flavor is spot on (8.5)

From a growler. Copperish yellow, with a decent sized white head. Smells hoppy, with some metallic, earthy notes, too. Taste is just a touch of sweet flavors, then lots of piney hops. Slight vegetable note, too.

Tap. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a layer of creamy head. Aroma and taste of citrus, some pine/grasses, and bitterness.

Tap. Golden wIth small head. Pretty average ipa. Like many of their other beers, this seems more bitter than flavorful.

Draft. Hazy dandelion-gold hue with a wispy white head. Soft tropical fruits in the nose: mango, lemon. The flavor displays more tropical flavor melding with the gentle flavor of wheat. Bitterness is mild, balanced finish. A tasty, drinkable IPA.

Poured up on tap at the Gilbert W.o.B. where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a near white head of foam that leaves behind some sheet lacing. The modest aroma offers up malts and candied pineapple and really little else. The taste begins with smoothed by wheat malty body that slips toward spicy and bitter noble like hops. It’s sort of lime earthy, floral and then a pineapple sensation. I’m not sure how to take this. It has hop bitterness and some hop flavor but the flavors don’t play well together. Hmm.
