Draft. Dark brown with a 2 finger off white head. Aroma is mostly chocolate malt. Taste is pumpernickel, chocolate and other roasted malt and a touch of nuttiness on the finish. Medium mouthfeel and carb. Fairly innocuous.

Ok offering from Oskar as a low gravity. 16oz draft pours a medium reddish brown with a light tan head. Weak nose on this beer, flavors of roasted nuts, toasted malts, with a wheaty finish. Pretty mild ale, not much going on.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear orange with a small white head. Nose brings out toasted malt and toasted nuts. Flavour is along the same lines - not a whole lot of character to this. Bready malt and toasted nuts. Meh.

Pint on tap billed as One Nut Brown. Clear dark brown-copper with a lasting film of creamy bubbles. Mild aroma of cocoa, caramel and dry spicy grass. Flavor is caramel, dry cocoa, and a bit of slightly tart apple. Light-medium body is well balanced and has medium carbonation. I could drink a few of these.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Now called One Nut Brown, maybe not as bad bad :) Fairly basic but well made traditional nut brown ale. I must admit I was hopping they hopped the sh-- out of this, but alas, they did not. Solid roast character and creamy carmel feel."

On tap at Earls in downtown Denver. Pour is slightly murky brown with a big frothy tan head and great lacing. Brown malty, bready, earthy, somewhat husky, grassy, and roasty aroma. Taste is light cocoa, toast grass, slightly sweet, dark fruits, coffee, and marshmallows with a medium bitter finish. Medium body with high carbonation. OK brown, but really nothing to get excited about.
