COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

Light yellow with white head, some lacing, flowers and spice on the nose, dry crisp hop taste, texture is a little thin, carbonation with good. Not too interesting but not bad.

Pours a crystal clear pale yellow. Smallish white head that fades quick but leaves some lacing. Lots of bubbles filling my glass. Grassy and floral aroma. Much more present aroma than I thought there would be. Mama’s Little Yella Pils has a crisp hop bitterness. not overwhelming but a nice floral touch with a good balance of biscuity pale malts. Clean, crisp, super easy to drink. Great finish. and perfect carbonation. I think I might have to start keeping this on hand for the summer months.

Light and clear yellow with a white head. Crisp with a lightly malty base and a hint of hops in the finish. Fairly light.

Poured into a shaker glass from a can canned on 6-24-2011.

A: Hazy yellow straw colored body with a very thin white head that quickly disappears. It reminds me of lemonade with a splash or orange juice, not very appealing overall.

S: Grassy and lemon. Very bright but very light in scent. Smells good, I just can’t smell it very much.

T: It’s rather bland until the end where a slight floral hops and citrus come in.

M: Medium to light bodied with some crisp carbonation.

O: I’ll have to re-evaluate this fresh. I can see where it’s going though and it just doesn’t appeal to me very much.

Distinct pilsener taste but with a bite that makes this nice. I normally don’t like beers of this genre, if I had to drink in the genre I would drink this.

It poured a clear gold color with a white head. The aroma was crisp grass, light pine and a bit of a sweet grain with some light floral backing. The taste started with floral and light bread notes with a growing crisp grass note as well as a hint of pine.
