Commercial Description:
Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

(Sample Date: 3/14/2009 Source:Other) Lightly grainy with some honey and spicy hops in the aroma. Very clear golden with a small white head. Light earthy spicy hop character. Clean dry spicy finish. Solid pils.

I kinda liked this one.. Smells of some hops and bready notes going on. Pours a Yellow with a fair amount of head. Light body with nice carbonation and a crisp finish. Taste was a nice hoppy PIls.. Some yeasty and bread going on here was well. Not Too Bad

A great pilsner in a can, gotta love it! Pours a straw gold color with thin white head that fades almost instantly. Aroma is intense grassy hops, light lemon zest, sweet malt and some bready notes. Flavor is slick semi-oily hops, astringent bitterness, light citrus, sweet bread and note of toasted grain. Aside from an initial astringency, the palate is sharp and refreshing. Having a decent pilsner in a can will make my fishing trips that much more fun.

Clear straw-colored pour with a finger and 1/2 white head, decent retention, looks like a clean beer. A little concerned about the reviewer that gets a murky yellow pour. Not getting much on the nose. , maybe a touch floral. Not getting much on the flavor, a little grain, thankfully no sulfur. Does have a nice dry finish. I can see how some may like this beer. Could be more complex.

can. murky yellow pour with a thin white head that just leaves a ring. taste is the bready pilsener malts, grain and noble hops. tingly quick bitter-sweet finish with a thin to medium texture. tasty enough.

12oz. can. Immediate grassy aroma with a bit of bread when I pop the top. Pours golden yellow with a lacy white head. The aroma seems sweeter, more biscuit-y with fruit and hay in the glass. The taste seems to follow this pretty closely. Dry floral finish - I’d rather see a crisp and spicy finish. Oh well.

Eh, had bad bitterness and funk to it. Something unpleasant. Saaz didn’t really work well with this, just was unpleasant overall.

Aroma is that always delectable ,aroma of creal grain and saaz hopping, taste had alititle surprise of sweetness ,not enough to dull the thirst quenching aspect of it,just enough to slow you down a little, also supresses the hop bitterness you like in a pils flavorful toasty body might be a great brew to contribute to the next fishing trip ,for all you BMC people
