COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

Golden color, minimal hops. Taste like traditional pilsner, malt background. Linger is minimal, clean crisp finish

330ml can from drinkstore. Pours clear yellow with creamy white head. Bread, yeast, straw, citrus nose. Taste is all sweet bread, caramel malts. Some bitterness on finish. Lots of bubbles. A bit meh.

Can from Rehills Newcastle. Crisp flavour, quite hoppy for a pilsner - light and lively. Very nice stuff.

Pours a golden color with white head. Smells basically like clean grains and minimal hops. Taste mostly malty with bit of bitterness. Light and creamy. This beer was ok, not too thrilling. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Transfer from BA review of 4-2-12 - Poured from can into pint glass Appearance – Pours a light yellow – straw color with a big white head and a little bit of haze. The billowy head has a decent amount of retention and gives way to a moderate level of lacing. Smell – There is a somewhat tangy and malty aroma that is the most pertinent. There are also some lighter notes of lemon. Taste- A nice bready and biscuit flavor met the tongue. It has a slight sweetness of lighter fruits mixed in with the breadiness. The hop tastes are light but there is some lemon hop flavor that becomes evident in the middle of the taste and mixes well with the malty flavors. These flavors take the taste to the end. Mouthfeel – The mouthfeel is quite full for an only 5.3 % abv beer. It really was quite creamy and coated the tongue quite nicely. The carbonation was moderate and really helped accentuate the creamy body. Overall – The taste and mouthfeel of this beer are quite fantastic. This is a nice tasty easy drinking brew.

Can; clear yellow, thick white head; fresh cereal aroma; taste is clean pilsener malt, slightly sweet, rounded out with grassy hops; full flavoured, Germanic; likeable enough pils.

Not bad but had better for style. Saaz isn’t particularlybevident here but thereis some decent barley. Can after work. Light bitter finish. Golden pour with OK head and lacing.
