COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

There are some unique aspects to this one. I like the flavor, but Iím not sure it is much akin to the proper style and flavor. Even after sitting, there is no clarity but more of a haze like a Hefe. The flavor is good if unusual. Iíd drink this regularly. Thereís a bit of a soapy mouthfeel and taste. It is a bit awkward to me although it is overtaken by the somewhat sweet grassy taste that dominates. Iíd drink some more, but not as sessiony as a normal pilsner in my book.

On pour this is a slightly hazy pale yellow pilsner with a white head and lazy bubbles. I pick up notes of alcohol, simple dry spice, daisy, and a hint of peeled banana. This is a light bodied, easy drinking beer that does not sacrifice on taste. There is a light hop touch coupled with wheat leaving a multigrain bread feel.

Nice dark semi-transparent beer with a white fluffy head. Nice slightly citrus aroma with some notes of hay and some light toast. Lightly carbonated with a mostly malty flavor, some muted spruce/resin notes. Tasty pils.

This is a nice drinker. Slight hop tingle, malty for a pils. Nice. Slightest "beery aftertaste".

Iím not a big fan of this style, but there is really nothing wrong with this beer. Notes of grass, malt in the nose. The appearance is clear yellow, white head, true to the style. The flavor is the exact same as the aroma. Noble hop bittering on the finish. Not bad.

Nice yellow with average head. Medium body. Hops build as brew gets warmer. 3 out of 4 NASCAR fans give this beer a thumbs down. Or at least thatís what happened to me this past Friday night as I arrived with a sixer of this. Experiment failed.

This beer pours a golden yellow with a medium white head. the aroma is light skunk and lemon. The palate is lively and sweet. I liked this one. Cheers!

From a 12 oz can into a water glass. Pours a very clear light yellow... just like the description. Not much aroma, a tiny bit of hops. Mouthfeel is a bit too carbonated. Taste is of honey and hops. Overall, an OK pilsener but nothing great. I would drink again though.

I know it is better than the macros but I guess still not my style. No aroma a little grainy flavor and light hop finish.
