COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

Clear straw-colored pour with a finger and 1/2 white head, decent retention, looks like a clean beer. A little concerned about the reviewer that gets a murky yellow pour. Not getting much on the nose. , maybe a touch floral. Not getting much on the flavor, a little grain, thankfully no sulfur. Does have a nice dry finish. I can see how some may like this beer. Could be more complex.

can. murky yellow pour with a thin white head that just leaves a ring. taste is the bready pilsener malts, grain and noble hops. tingly quick bitter-sweet finish with a thin to medium texture. tasty enough.

12oz. can. Immediate grassy aroma with a bit of bread when I pop the top. Pours golden yellow with a lacy white head. The aroma seems sweeter, more biscuit-y with fruit and hay in the glass. The taste seems to follow this pretty closely. Dry floral finish - Iíd rather see a crisp and spicy finish. Oh well.

Eh, had bad bitterness and funk to it. Something unpleasant. Saaz didnít really work well with this, just was unpleasant overall.

Aroma is that always delectable ,aroma of creal grain and saaz hopping, taste had alititle surprise of sweetness ,not enough to dull the thirst quenching aspect of it,just enough to slow you down a little, also supresses the hop bitterness you like in a pils flavorful toasty body might be a great brew to contribute to the next fishing trip ,for all you BMC people

Beer pours yellow in color with an egg white head that is totally retained. Aroma is spicy, hoppy with some light hay and some corn. Flavor is a bit sweet with what taste to me like corn sweetness along the lines of some less savory beers. Not enough spicy, hoppiness for me as oposed to say a Prima Pils. Just didnít really do it for me.

Can pours out a clear light gold under a frothy, medium white head that dissipates rather quickly but leaves a decent lace. Faint grassiness and a lemony, floral character define the aroma. Light body, with a smooth, yet clean palate that is substantive enough to be satisfying. Tends toward a honey like sweetness, and the very soft bitterness balances well. All in all, refreshing, and not at all assertive. I like my pils to have more crispness and a but more of a bitter bite at the finish, but that is personal preference, and not a criticism of this beer.

12oz can. Pours golden color with white head. Aroma malt, grainy and hops. Taste malt, grainy and hops with dry finish.

bright yellow. What a good pilsner. Very drinkable and crisp when very cold. A slight sweet flavor. It got flat too quickly though. Hoppy aroma with a little yeast smell. A good summer beer.

Pale golden pour with thin white head. The aroma is malty with a touch of grass. This one is sweet pilsener malt with a touch of saaz hop. I could have used a little more hops, but this was both rich and smooth and yet still refreshing. I liked it quite a bit.
