3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz. can. Crystal clear golden/yellow color with a medium sized white head that quickly dissipated. Sweet biscuit malt aroma with some grassiness and a touch of hops. Flavor was mildly sweet malts, balanced somewhat by some herbal hop bitterness. Crisp carbonation and a clean finish makes this a pretty drinkable session beer, but unremarkable.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
This Pils has the feel, appearance, and overall essence of a high quality and well made beer. And it is. But the lingering sweetness of this beer is off-putting and certainly does not remind me of an appropriate example of the style. Even Czech Pils, which feature more malt sweetness than a dry German Pils, do not have this strong, out of place presence of sweetness....almost like a candy-sugar. This beer does. If they could tweak the recipe a little bit, and make it a touch more dry, it could be a really good Pils.

Standard specialty pilsener by all counts. Had as part of the canundrum variety pack. Smooth, crisp, drinkable. Better than your macro pils, otherwise not a huge standout. Good for giving to guests who don’t drink real beer.

1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
I wasn’t expecting much going in, pilsners being my least favorite style. Pale yellow, white head. Grassy aroma, not much flavor. A very forgettable beer from a terrific brewery.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice and light. Sweet cereal and grassy aroma with just a little bitterness. Very clean finish. Compliments mild and nutty cheeses. Better with seafood.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
I do enjoy pilsners, but this is definitely not my favorite. It has this skunkiness in the aroma, which is in a lot of pilsners but this skunkiness was a little too prevalent. Not much else going on in the aroma other than some mild grassiness and breadiness. The taste is mostly sweet with some mild bitterness in the finish. It’s not the most crisp pilsner I’ve had and it’s a bit creamier than I’d like a pilsner to be.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from a 12 oz can. Appearance is a mostly clear yellow. Taste was very clean and smooth. It had an excellent mix of malts and hops, very well balanced. Not too bitter, not too sweet. Aroma typical pilsner.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Easily my favorite pils. We did a back to back pilsner tasting, and this one came out on top. Recommended.

On tap at Parker pie. Clear gold pour with creamy lacy white foam. Aroma is grainy, flour, light grassy aromas. Taste is grainy, floury flavor, light, malty. Palate is light bodied, good silky carbonation. Nice.
