Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

A: Pours extremely clear with a half inch pillow soft head that dissipates after a couple minutes. Big bubbles rising. Attractive if light lacing as drunk. S: Baguette and grass. Tart aroma. Simple but smells good. T: Very bready upfront with almost sweet maltiness prominent. Earthy hop presence kicks in at the finish. Dry, refreshing and quite tasty. I really do like the malt bill. M: Light body with good tingle on the tongue from still busy carbonation. Not a tongue scrubber but dry, crisp and clean drinking. O: Had this once before and completely forgot all about it. Pleasantly surprised to find it’s not all too forgettable. Tasty sharp crisp pilsner that I could drink all night. Well priced and widely available. What’s not to like?

12oz can pours crystal clear gold yellow with a finger of head. Looks beautiful. Nose is straightforward crisp corn, grain, a touch of grass, and hints of spicy cereal. Taste is super clean, well balanced, crisp grain and corn backbone holds up soft sublte grass and pine spice. Medium bitterness. Finishes clean with medium bitterness and some short linger grain and corn spice. I could drink this often. Really nice pilsener.

Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. This brew is a nice straw color with a small white head. It has a gain and slight citrus flavor. This is an excellent summer time beer.

The beer pours a clear golden with a huge white head, and the aroma blends lager yeast and biscuity and pale malts. The taste is slightly sour and a touch sweet with an aftertaste that is full of lager yeast flavor and graininess. The palate fuses an average carbonation, medium body, and a slick and thick texture. It?s a Pilsner, and it?s not too special.

Draft. Used to drink this a bunch, it’s a pretty good pils. Pours clear yellow with a bit of head. Grainy / cereal aroma. Drinks a bit sweet with a solid bitter hop charge and good balance.

Can from Ales By Mail. It pours lightly hazy yellow with medium foamy white head. The nose is soft, sweet pale malt, creamy, white bread, cereal and mild spice. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, doughy, grainy, straw and sugary cereal with a dry finish. Medium body and prickly carbonation. Simple, but well executed and refreshing.

Can (12oz $1.90). Light yellow with big soapy white head that dies back. Somewhat sweet. Not getting much bitterness. May be good offerning for those not used to the "big" beers in the frig. .

Can: Bright, vibrant straw-yellow with mild haziness. Quickly settling white cap leaves a few lines of lacing on its way down the glass. Aroma is more sweet than bitter. Huge corn presence. Corn-o-rama. Some sweet bread, sweet pilsner malt, & sweet corn. Grains. Hops are lighter than expected for a pilsner; a hint of musty earthiness, but they are tertiary at best. Sweet corn up front in the flavor, too. Hops come rushing in quickly, though; earthy, musky, & surprisingly bitter. Somewhat floral aftertaste as the bitterness subsides. Lingering notes of corn, sweet grains, pilsner malt, & clumpy yeast.

12oz can from Good Spirits Co. Hazy yellow, good head. Lemon cereal grain aroma. Boiled sweet & gain flavour. Very smooth for a Pilsener.
