COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

Appearance: 1" white head recedes slowly with significant lacing. Color is a somewhat cloudy yellow. Moderate carbonation bubbles streaming. Aroma: cereal grains, sweet barley malt, and some lemon, Mouthfeel: light, crisp, and refreshing. Finish is dry. Flavor: cereal and biscuit flavors, a pleasant sweetness, a bit of lemon, and a mild lingering hop finish. Overall: this is definitely a most excellent beer and represents the style well.

Poured from a 12 oz can. Appearance is a mostly clear yellow. Taste was very clean and smooth. It had an excellent mix of malts and hops, very well balanced. Not too bitter, not too sweet. Aroma typical pilsner.

Easily my favorite pils. We did a back to back pilsner tasting, and this one came out on top. Recommended.

On tap at Parker pie. Clear gold pour with creamy lacy white foam. Aroma is grainy, flour, light grassy aromas. Taste is grainy, floury flavor, light, malty. Palate is light bodied, good silky carbonation. Nice.

Citrus, lemon, a bit grassy, a definite breadyness as well, a bit bitter on the finish. Not really super clean or crisp like I would want a pils to be. It great.

Can, Pavilion Discount Beverages, North Myrtle Beach, SC. Clear yellow, nice creamy thick white head. Slightly spicy hop aroma with bready malts. Taste is nice - more malt biscuit than anticipated, sharp spicy saaz hops. Very clean. Dry. A well made pils that i could drink a lot of - good thing I grabbed 6.

Clear golden yellow, light white head. Light grassiness, some floral notes, a bit of breadiness. Quite a bit of bitterness for a pils, balanced by some decent sweetness. Quite a bit of carbonation, some acidity, a good amount of effervescence. Quite short finish. Fine.
