COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

Pours pale gold with a fine moderate head. Aroma is light, corn or grain. Flavour is crisp with a medium body. Ever so slightly sour in the finish-super crisp.

Aroma is bready with sweat malts and some faint grass. Taste is sweet, soft and fruity, a bit too sweet actually, which turns this one more into a lager style brew. Smooth but not for me, and nothing to write home to mama about. I seldom do that by the way, ’cause she’s not that into beer.

Pale malty aroma with protein touch, minimally floral hoppy overtones, hints of hay and orange. Taste is pale malty, floral and minimally grassy hoppy overtones with a cautious orange touch. Above average Pilsener.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a one finger white head that left some lacing around the glass. The aroma is sweet malts and some breadiness. The taste is bready, some fruitiness but not citrusy, and slight hop bitterness. It is very crisp.

One of the better pilsners out there in my opinion. Aroma is much. A little sweetness but nothing too crazy. Taste is much better. Actually quite hoppy for the style. Lots of lemon in this one. Not too bitter, but bitter enough. I have skipped over this beer countless times, so I finally picked up a can to try and it’s a good pilsner for sure.
