COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This rare stout comes from a second running of the infamous Ten Fidy. Then Lactose sugar is added to make it a delicious lower ABV milk stout.

Sample @ Oskar Blues in Asheville. Dark brown pour with a small head. Plenty of chocolate and coffee creamer. Some butterscotch candied. Nice ashy roast malt character to balance out the chocolate. A touch of acid. Creamy supple body. Well-rounded stuff. Nice.

Very rich and charactered milk stout. Pours black with great head and lacing. Nice roasty aroma with some light cream that adds some creamy sense to the already thick texture.Finishes bitter with a little sweetness. Tap at Iron Horse.

Draft at Oskar Blues-Brevard. Pours an opaque coffee brown with a small creamy beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, dry grains, dust, nuts, and a bit of lactose. The flavor is the same, but roastier. Light-bodied, with a dry mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Nice nitro milk stout.

>> Thanks Maxx for the share. Apparently this is the second runnings of Ten FIDY. Excellent nitro foam pour, pretty black color, great sheets of lacing. Nose is smoke, savory meat. Taste is savory as well, fairly roasty. Palate is thin, tart, but still not too watery. I kind of like this one.
